It’s okay to procrastinate once in a while… It’s okay to work excessively once in a while… without self-judgment. But once we feel resentment, anxiety or anger piling up in us, it’s a sign to take action for change.3. The stoic tips, just loved them.4. His views on expectations are very healthy in today’s world.It's mostly a self-help book, but a VERY decent one.
