While I have not yet used any of the recipes, the book is clearly written, includes nutritional information, and many of the recipes sound delicious. There are no photos. My biggest complaint about this book is that it says nothing about the size of slow cooker for which the recipes are designed. While I understand these are recipes for just two people, it would be nice if the recipes stated, “designed for 3 qt cooker†or “designed for 4 qt cooker†or whatever. My understanding is that a slow cooker works best when it is about 3/4 full and cooking can be affected if the cooker is not filled to that point. Stating the size of slow cooker used for the recipe testing would be a nice addition to this otherwise nicely written book.
This cookbook is full of information about "clean" eating also. Lots of slow cooker recipes call for cream of something soup and other unhealthy ingredients. Not so here.If you are cooking for more than two, these recipes can be doubled. My favorite slow cooker cookbook!!!

Delicious recipes make easily and also quickly from this guidebook. Their meal plans really I am satisfied. So finally I prescribe this book. Overall excellent !!
I was really fascinated how the author searched and created these great recipes designed only for two people. I think i will enjoy cooking all these delicious and healthy recipes using my own slow cooker. My husband will surely love all these dishes. Great addition to my collection of cookbooks.

This is an awesome collections of recipes...I love the help with making the same type of meat in different ways. I love the creative ways to make these dishes. Most of these recipes require a little prep time ahead- but they are far more gourmet than your average crock pot recipes. Delicious ideas!
Several good recipes...most do not require the use of more than 3 spices.. thank goodness....worthwhile purchase
