This book was definitely worth every penny. I have never been to Puerto Rico and I thought all the suggestions were helpful. I had bought a few other books and I thought this one was the most useful for me. I read it from front to back and each section was just enough. Although this book didn't prepare for everything I would encounter, what book would.
This books provides all the information you need to have a great vacation in Puerto Rico. It also cover topics like history, language and culture of the island as a bonus. I loved that you can find the main attractions and read on them briefly if you're short on time or more lengthy information if you are planning to stay more than a week. Great vacation guide!
I took it w/ me to visit Puerto Rico and it was invaluable! I plan to take it again when we return to PR next year!
We have purchased Ecuador, Spain, and Puerto Rico insight guides so far. They have all been great!. I will keep on purchasing Insight Guides when we go on vacation.
Lots of good information, specifically for a first time visit.The navigation is rather difficult, since there is no table of content in the Kindle version. No way you find a chapter quickly again. Makes it rather useless to take along your travel.
Terrific guide! Highly recommended.
